Hidden away in Orgon, a small village in the Alpilles Regional Nature Reserve, sits one of the finest gourmet restaurants in Provence. Nestling in the heart of a 25-hectare park, our restaurant serves fine, gourmet cuisine. You will certainly enjoy this cuisine with its Mediterranean touch, carefully prepared by the chef Fabien Taguemount, using produce grown on the estate or by local producers.

Le Potager du Mas offers seasonal cuisine and is open from March to November. In spring, you will discover dishes with asparagus but also desserts with the first Provence strawberries... In summer, the estate’s fruits and vegetables add a touch of sun to the menu. Finally, in autumn, our chef uses the wide variety of mushrooms picked in the surrounding forests. The “village market” also inspires the cuisine on our menu; choose our "Retour du Marché" (Fresh from the Market) menu to taste our chef’s latest culinary inspirations. Our cuisine also uses fish and shellfish from the fish markets of the nearby Mediterranean ports. Provence lamb is also used in our dishes. Our region has many vineyards and we have an extensive wine list to accompany the gourmet dishes. Our sommelier (wine waiter) will help you choose one of the great wines produced by our partners, such as the Domaine de Valdition, a wine and olive producer based in Orgon.
