In a warm, bucolic setting, surrounded by olive trees and wild flowers, Le Potager du Mas invites you to enjoy a gourmet interlude, sincere and deeply rooted in Provence.

In the kitchen, chef Fabien Taguemount creates a refined menu inspired by local produce and the seasons. He is supported by Julien Siourd, second de cuisine, who imagines and creates inventive and tasty starters with precision.

Our pastry chef, Thomas Payan, is responsible for the sweet side of the menu, and his elegant creations bring the meal to a poetic close.

In the dining room, Jeanne Laubray, Restaurant Manager, ensures that every moment is marked by excellent service and a warm welcome. Together, they form a close-knit team, driven by the pleasure of providing each guest with a memorable gastronomic experience.

For our organic plants and seeds, we rely on ESAT Ateliers du Luberon (Cavaillon) and SCEA des 2 Platanes (Mallemort).

Our fruit and vegetables, in addition to those grown on site, come from Salade 2 Fruits (Maillane) and Domaine Saint Vincent for our Provencal asparagus (Mallemort).

Our meats are selected by Joassan et Frères (Revest-du-Bion).

Our fish and shellfish are delivered weekly by RM Marée (Marseille) and Mericq (Estillac). For dairy products, eggs, butter and cheese, we work with Chez Emily Fromagerie in Eygalières. Our truffles come from Maison Plantin (Puyméras), an unrivalled reference in Provence.

Finally, our cellar features emblematic regional estates: Domaine de Valdition (Orgon), Vallon des Glauges (Eyguières), Éole (Eygalières), Trévallon (Saint-Étienne-du-Grès), Fontchêne (Saint-Rémy-de-Provence), Château Romanin (Saint-Remy-de-Provence), Val de l’Oule (Orgon), Hauvette (Saint-Rémy-de-Provence).
