Low Season :
From March 1st till April 30th 2024 and from October 1st till November 1st 2024

Season :
From May 1st till September 30th 2024.

Annual closure from November 1st until April 1st.

Arrival :

Check in : 16.00 PM

Reservations are held until 20.00 PM only.

In case of late arrival, thank you to inform us.

Departure :

Check out : 11.00 AM maximum

Referring to French law, our house is completely non-smoking except outside on the balconies and terraces of the rooms.

Pets are not allowed, except guide dogs.

Our property is subject to stay tax: 4.58 € per day and per person.

Booking Conditions :

 All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Cancellation :

 Any modification or cancellation of reservation must be in writting, and will be subject to a systematic written answer from us.

Season :

April, May, September and October : Cancellation free of charge may be granted up to 3 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation between 3 days and 1 day before the arrival date, 50% of the amount of the stay will be charged on the credit card given in guarantee.

In case of cancellation the day of your arrival, the entire amount of the stay will be charged.

June, July and August : Cancellation free of charge may be granted up to 15 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation between 15 days and 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the amount of the stay will be charged on the credit card given in guarantee.

In case of cancellation 7 days before your arrival after 12 noon (noon, French time), the entire amount of the stay will be charged.

No-show and shortened stay :

Any no show will be charged and will involve automatically the cancellation of the rest of the stay. In case of no-show or shortened stay, the entire stay will be due
